CHEXS Charity Fun Walk

We’re excited to let you know that at the end of September, our school will be taking part in a special CHEXS Fun Walk to raise money for both our school and CHEXS.

The event will take place during the week beginning 29th September and will give every child the chance to complete as many laps as they can around our school field / playground – all while being sponsored by friends and family to support two great causes.

What to expect:

Your child will be bringing home a flyer and sponsorship form soon;

Sponsorship is based on the number of laps completed (suggested donation: 50p-£1 per lap) or a one-off total amount of your choice;

Funds raised will be shared: 40% for the school and 60% for CHEXS, who work closely with local families and young people.

It’s a fun, healthy and positive way to start the school year, and we’re really looking forward to seeing the children enjoy taking part – especially knowing they’re helping others at the same time.

We’ll be sharing more details about the date of our school’s walk soon. In the meantime, please do keep an eye out for the sponsorship form and flyer coming home with your child.
