    • Haileybury-Turnford Performs at Burleigh!

      Our pupils in Years 4, 5 and 6 were delighted to welcome talented students from Haileybury-Turnford Secondary School for a wonderful mini concert. The performance showcased a fantastic range of musical talent, including piano and violin pieces, an impressive guitar solo, and an energetic performance from one of the school's rock band. It was a fantastic opportunity for our pupils to enjoy live music, be inspired by older students, and see the exciting musical opportunities that await them in the future.

    • Year 5 - Cuffley Camp

      In spite of the very hot weather conditions, Year 5 had a blast at Cuffley Camp.  They learnt some first aid skills, which were put into practice when they discovered a plane crash deep in the forest, as well as the art of axe throwing. As the weather was so hot, they also enjoyed a huge water fight in the woods – it certainly cooled them down!

    • CHEXS Growth Group - A Wonderful Final Session

      Our pupils who have been in the CHEXS Growth group this year took part in their final session, visiting a care setting in Cuffley.

      The children enjoyed spending time with the residents, taking part in a variety of games and activities together. Throughout the session, they demonstrated the confidence, kindness and excellent communication skills they have developed over the course of the academic year.

      On Monday 15th June 2026, we held our annual Careers Fair for Years 3-6. This year, there was an even wider range of careers for the children to learn about, including a clinical psychologist, a petrochemical trader, a dentist and a CGI specialist!     • Our new 'M Peas'

      The 'Nourish' team are currently working with Burleigh. They support schools to create a food environment that puts children and young people's nutrition first. Following their recent visit, Melanie Glickman from the Nourish team, said, "It was so great to be at Burleigh yesterday. We really enjoy the time we have with the children. There is a huge sense of joy when we walk around. It is wonderful."
