  • Ukrainian Appeal

    Mon 14 Mar 2022

    What a day!

We were overwhelmed on Friday morning with donations (both physical and monetary) for our Ukrainian appeal.  Please see the photo of just some of the items donated.

In addition to this, a magnificent £1,310 was raised to give to the Red Cross, working on the borders of Ukraine.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this possible.

If you would still like to donate items to our appeal, Cindy, our lollipop lady, has said that you can put them straight into the boot of her car each day next week from 2.30pm onwards.  The car will be parked with its boot open right next to where she stands on Blindman’s Lane.  The goods will then be transported directly to the nearest drop-off centre.

  • Paying for School Dinners on SchoolGrid from Monday 7th March

    Tue 01 Mar 2022

If your child has school lunches, the process of paying for these will change with effect from Monday 7th March.  From this date, you will need credit on your SchoolGrid account or have a Direct Debit set up to be able to place orders.  If your account is not in credit or does not have a Direct Debit set up, you will no longer be able to place an order for a school lunch.  You can top up your account by making a card payment via your SchoolGrid account or you can set up a Direct Debit via your SchoolGrid account (if your outstanding balance is less than £16).

Please note this does not affect your account if you are entitled to Free School Meals or if your child receives Universal Infant Free School Meals (Reception, Year 1 or Year 2).

If you have any queries about this new process, please contact the school office.

    Thank you
